Currently we use PayPal invoicing as PayPal is convenient and trustworthy for our clients, we also do except bank transfer.

Check out our extensive range or luxury products, choose what you like and send in an inquiry and we will be in contact to ensure availability, it meets your budget and has your requirements. We will then issue an invoice directly. Once you have paid the invoice delivery will commence.

Delivery in and around Brisbane, Queensland is currently free of charge. Outside of Brisbane a delivery cost will incur depending on distance and product size and amount. Delivery will be discussed during the order process and will be included in the invoice to ensure no unexpected charges appear.

5 year replacement warranty – defects and failure to be of acceptable quality upon delivery and for normal use of goods.

If product is installed by an unlicensed installer, subjected to adverse conditions or chemical cleaning containing high levels of chlorine, improper care or self-repair, it will void the warranty.

After purchasing any of our products, we will deliver your order, and from the point of delivery, we will activate a 5 business day period where you and your family, friends and/or business partners have time to decide if the products is right for you. In the unlikely event you are not 100% thrilled and absolutely delighted with your purchase we have a two of options for you; A prompt and courteous full refund and we will come pick up the product from you or we can easily swap for a different size or colour etc. If there is a difference in price, the difference will either be charged or refunded depending on whether the new product price is higher or lower, respectively.

Payment in full must be made before delivery. You are subject to a full refund unless; any warranty conditions are voided, the product has been installed or tempered with. Product can be taken out of the box, but do not install the product or apply fixtures. If product is found damaged at pick up there will be no refund. for more information visit here
